Each controller operates independent of the network, this guarantees the controller’s operation will not be disrupted should the communication link be disconnected. With I-CON’s Redundancy Module, if an individual controller is turned off, or communication with a controller becomes disrupted, the transfer of information to other controllers on the network will continue uninterupted. Troubleshooting is simplified because our systems are capable of self diagnostics. If a controller is not working or if there is a break in the communication link, an icon will appear on the screen showing the exact location of the problem.
