IF AN I-CON TruTOUCH^TM SENSOR IS NOT WORKING:

1. Verify that other sensors connected to the same controller are functioning correctly. If none of the other sensors are functioning correctly, troubleshoot controller.
2. Connect suspect sensor to a known good port on the controller and test. If suspect sensor still does not work, replace sensor. If suspect sensor does work, contact support.
