IF TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH
- Verify water is turned on.
- Check that metering knob is not in the closed position.
- Ensure proper operation of the associated sensor, controller, and solenoid.
- If toilet will still not flush, contact support.
IF TOILET FLUSHES CONTINUOUSLY
- Make sure bypass lever on solenoid valve is in OFF position. Turn clockwise until snug.
- 24 VAC Solenoids: Unplug solenoid from controller. If water flow continues, troubleshoot solenoid. If water flow stops, contact support.
- Battery Solenoids: Turn controller power off for 10 sections and then turn power back on again. If there is any fluctuation in water flow, troubleshoot solenoid.
- Remove flush valve sealing gasket and seat seal assembly. Check for foreign material and/or defects. If parts are worn or damaged, install a complete rebuild kit (see instructions). Turn water supply back on.
- If toilet still flushes continuously, contact support.
IF TOILET FLUSHES BUT BOWL DOES NOT CLEAR
